What changed, why it matters, and the occasional bug that overstayed its welcome.

High Signal, Less Noise
- Replaced the standalone Gibwork showcase with a streamlined experience section highlighting shipped products, verified scale (50k+ users), and core tech stack at a glance.
- Added an explicit availability indicator and a direct “Have a product to ship? Let’s talk” path to the contact composer.
- Trimmed redundant introductory copy and tightened layout so visitors can immediately evaluate what I build and how to hire me.

Say Hi, Without the Detour
- Turned the contact form into a focused dialog that opens from “Say hi” while keeping drafts intact when it closes.
- Kept messages on Discord and left the Resend email flow safely feature-gated while verification and rate limits are ready.
- Added clearer success and error states, keyboard focus handling, and reduced-motion support.

A Safer, Sharper Foundation
- Hardened production response headers and tightened dependency and release checks.
- Added production monitoring, retained recent visit context, and improved image delivery.

Search Engines, Meet the Website
- Gave every page clearer titles and descriptions, so search results and shared links now say something useful.
- Added a proper Writing page. The blog no longer hides behind a homepage anchor like it is avoiding eye contact.
- Created fresh social preview cards for the site and every article, because plain links deserve a decent outfit too.
- Tidied the sitemap, RSS feed, and crawler settings while keeping experiments safely backstage.

Faster Pages, Fewer Awkward Pauses
- Visit counts now arrive with the page, so the header skips that awkward loading blink.
- Added direct links to Gibwork on the App Store, Google Play, and the Solana dApp Store. Fewer treasure hunts, more downloading.
- Cleared out a few homepage sections to keep the useful bits front and center.

Dark Mode Learned a New Trick
- The light and dark mode switch now morphs smoothly instead of changing its mind in public.
- Added a subtle animated signal behind the page. It stays in the background, as a well-behaved background should.

A Changelog Walks Into a Website
- Started this page so updates, fixes, and small wins have somewhere to live besides the Git history.
- Added a link in the footer, making this page much easier to find than the bugs it reports.
